The CEO must understand the insurance market and experience in either spearheading or being part of an IPO team.

Together with the Board committee we clearly defined the objectives of the role and internal and external issues and challenges that will meet in the incoming CEO.
The Impact
The appointed CEO was able to immediately bring diverse insurance and technology experience to the role.
Previously, the incoming CEO has been part of several IPO teams with one of the Big 4 accounting firms and has recently served as a CEO with a technology company that offered cloud-based solutions for insurers.
