This substantial Australian listed industrial organisation pursued an aggressive expansion strategy acquiring businesses in the USA, UK and India and developing a new businesses in China.

The Challenge

This expansion strategy created shortages in key senior technical roles in Australia as Australian technical personnel were required on site to drive the offshore strategy.

The Solution

We were engaged to develop and implement a global talent mapping strategy which identified appropriate individuals in key geographies including South Africa, the UK and Eastern Europe.

The Impact

This talent pool was created, sustained, recruited and on boarded from offshore locations into the businesses Australian operations meeting both timelines and specific requirements.
