Cultural Transformation Post Acquisition
This large industrial organisation was recently acquired by a major US conglomerate. The local organisation had a chequered, turbulent history characterised by acquisitions, divestments and ownership transfers.
This history had led to less than optimal outcomes across customer engagement, people leadership, financial management and operational performance. Their brand was tarnished in the marketplace making it problematic in recruiting high calibre executives
We worked closely with the MD and HRD to understand the required change journey. We communicated the value proposition to high calibre executives sourced through confidential search resulting in 15 senior appointments.
These executives possessed temperaments and domain knowledge well suited to the broader processes around change leadership. This intervention enhanced the domestic organisation and helped deliver the US parents local strategy.
